ARTICLE VI:  PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY

The parliamentary authority governing all cases not covered by these Bylaws shall be Robert’s Rules of Order (Newly Revised) so long as there is no conflict with the Bylaws of the faculty of the University of Missouri-Columbia or the College of Arts and Science.
