ARTICLE VII:  AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS

SECTION A:            Amendments to the Bylaws

New Bylaws may be adopted, and Bylaws may be amended or repealed at a duly convened meeting of the faculty.  Notice of any proposed change in the Bylaws shall be given in writing to all members of the faculty at least one week prior to the time of the meeting at which the proposed change is to be considered.  Whenever such a change is proposed, the member or members of the faculty making such a proposal shall file with the Director a written statement in the precise form of the proposed change.
