COMP Creating Original Music Project

With the generous support of the Sinquefield Family Foundation, the University of Missouri School of Music is pleased to announce the third annual Creating Original Music Project K-12 Competition for young composers. Winners will present these pieces at a music festival at the University of Missouri-Columbia on April 18, 2009.

Postmark Deadline for submission of compositions:
January 5, 2009

The Creating Original Music Project (C.O.M.P.) includes two composition competitions: the C.O.M.P. K-12 Competition and the Sinquefield Composition Prize for University of Missouri Students.
