Home | Graduate Program Graduate ProgramResources MU Graduate School (apply online) For all programs except For Music Education programs, contact The School of Music graduate program offers four master's degrees and a doctoral degree: Master of Music (MM) Graduate program application processThank you for your interest in the School of Music graduate curriculum. There are a variety of meaningful programs leading to the master's degree in music for students interested in pursuing a post-baccalaureate education. In addition to academic studies, the School of Music offers students many performance opportunities with large ensembles and chamber groups. Faculty recitals and three concert series provide a plethora of professional listening experiences and often workshops with our visiting artists and scholars. All applicants for the Master of Music or Master of Arts degree program must have a completed baccalaureate degree in music, or the equivalent, at an accredited institution of higher education. Applicants must also have earned a grade point average of B (3.0) or better in the last 60 hours of their undergraduate degree program.
