When: Saturday, February 7, 2026
Who: Inservice music educators, graduate and undergraduate music education and conducting students
Where: Sinquefield Music Center at the University of Missouri
What: All-day symposium including morning and afternoon conducting sessions with the University of Missouri Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band. Featured clinician for the day is Dr. Timothy Shade, Director of Bands at Wichita State University.
Workshop Fees: (fee includes breakfast and lunch)
- Participant: $100 (limited to 10 on a first-come, first-served basis).
- Participating conductors receive podium time with each ensemble and coaching by our clinicians
- Observer: $25 (unlimited enrollment)
Workshop Repertoire: Repertoire options for the symposium will be provided to participating conductors.
